Those things included carbonated drinks, refined sugars, artificial foods, processed foods and any food with the word diet in it. From January to the end of May I had lost an amazing 5 pounds. I was just horrified that this was happening. At the same point in time my niece Kristen had joined Plexus Worldwide and began using Plexus products for her weight loss. Well lets say our family has what we call the fat gene. We all have a hard time losing weight. Well for her from January to the end of May she had lost 40 pounds and a size 18 to a size 10. Ok, I said you need to give me some of that. Well me being very frugal I signed up to buy at whole sale. From June to December I to had lost 40 pounds. In January 2013 I had the energy to finally exercise and I joined the gym. Well my fat is turning into muscle. I had gained 10 pounds the first 3 months. Well as of today I am still working out, using Plexus Slim, Accelerator, Bio Cleanse, X Factor vitamin supplement and Pro Bio 5. I have lost my 10 pounds and I am now a whopping 205 pounds. I am so close, so close to my first goal. That was to have that first number to be a 1. I can do it, yes I can!
